Running River2 in its own database
    • river2.root, by default, stores all your data in a branch of config.root.
    • This part of your config.root will likely grow bigger than all the others, faster.
    • It really makes sense to run River2 in its own database.
    • This is how you do it.
    • 1. Navigate to river2Suite.utilities.copyToRiver2Data and run it. This may take up to 15 minutes to run. If you want to observe its progress, open Guest Databases/ops/datafiles in the file system. The file is named river2data.root.
    • When it completes, your river2 installation will be running off the separate database.
